THE STORY
Live: From Kyiv is an investigative documentary set against the backdrop of the Russian invasion of Ukraine that reveals the true scale and impact of the user generated content shared over social media in the opening phase of the war.
Driven by expert interviews, thorough research, and technical analysis, the film intends to show how technology can be used to spread awareness of events on the front lines, capture critical evidence, sway public opinion, and most importantly of all, how the way we interact with this content affects our lives.

THE CAUSE
Our ultimate goal is helping Ukrainian citizens impacted by the war.
We intend to do this by producing an educational research based documentary, and to empower every dollar put into this project to go further towards our goals than it could otherwise by releasing this film, on the public domain, and entirely not for profit. Furthermore, as this film is being produced using an all-volunteer staff, we have eliminated all labor costs from the production.
To this effort, 100% of the proceeds generated from the release of this film will be donated to support humanitarian efforts directly helping Ukrainian citizens impacted by the war.
